Some history... The first edition of the Crep'Swing Festival took place in 2003. Christophe founded and developed it over 6 years. From 80 dancers in 2003, the festival soon reached its actual size with over 200 participants. In 2005, 2500 people attended Dany Brillant's (French singer) concert which was organized as part of the CSF. Since 2003, many world famous dance teachers have taken part in the CSF : Steven Mitchell, Virginie Jensen, Anne-Hélène & Bernard Cavasa, Kevin St Laurent, Emily Hoffberg, Carla Heiney, Fabrice & Géraldine Guitard, Dan & Christi Guest, Ron Leslie, Dax Hock, Alice Mei, Skye & Frida, Hasse & Marie, Jay Le Roux & Aurélia Lépine...
The Crep'Swing Festival has a friendly atmosphere, similar to a holiday dance camp. We go to great lengths to care for our students, and choose great dance locations (the Petit Corcé manor, the Hotel de la Monnaie...). And remember, the word “Crep” is in the name of the festival, so you will also have the opportunity to discover the Breton specialities ! |
